@BBC6Music I just made a video of my favourite 1997 albums which included Homework and Under the Western Highway. So must be 1997

@Baddiel There seems to be some noise. It's wafting over me because I dgaf tbh. I will carry on not watching daytime TV and suspect I will continue to not be missing anything important or vaguely interesting

#TShirtDay @BBC6Music Flaming Lips (Birmingham 2003) touring Yoshimi Battles the Pink Robots. One of the most fun and bizarre gigs ever, ably supported by an equally weird British Sea Power. Andy

@BBC6Music The Dirtbombs - Ode to a Black Man cover of Phil Lynott's song. Never realised it was a cover until I looked at the credits. It's rough and ready and reminds me a bit of the Feelgood's Lee Brilleaux harmonica. But I think of this above Lynott's

@BBC6Music My 15yo self in 1972 was seeing live the Groundhogs, Chicken Shack, Savoy Brown and listening to Foxtrot, Argus etc. He was listening to lots of stuff that turned out to be pretty timeless. There's plenty of stuff he didn't like that I do now, but, hey, he was 15!

@BBC6Music shame about Philip, but why are we being force fed this on 6Music? If I wanted to listen to his life story I'd tune to Radio 4. I don't. Enough already. Come on BBC, get a grip!

@ChrisHawkinsUK Loved Fontaines, Doves, Brighteyes and Ghostpoet, but my favourite is The Flaming Lips' American Head. Back to their best!

@Guy_Garvey Could it be the cover of "The First Time Ever I Saw Your Face" she sang with the Flaming Lips on their Flaming Lips with Heady Fwends album?

@BBC6Music I can't help hearing Donna Summer singing "puppy love" instead of "I feel love". Maybe it's Donny Summer!

@laurenlaverne Nobody's Song in Particular by Grand Drive. Wonky wah-wah and piano from Croydon based Ausie brothers playing Americana (20 years ago!). Never heard this on the radio, but would love to
