Day 25 of building my B2B app. Still grinding through MVP completions. User flows working smoother now. Lesson: Every small improvement compounds. Yesterday's bug fix makes today's feature easier. Steady progress beats perfect sprints.
Saw a basic habit tracker making $15k MRR. Nothing special. Same as every other habit app. But they only talked to busy parents. Said "stick to your 6am workout" instead of "track habits." Same boring app. Way better messaging.

Day 24 of building my B2B app. MVP core features nearly done. Left auth, payment, subscription systems for the end. Smart move: Build what makes your product special first. Boilerplate can be added later. Unique value can't be faked. Focus on the thing only you can build.
