Safe staffing remains an ongoing problem in the @NHSEngland. Almost 3k HCA vacancies remains unfilled. I don't understand why they R not welcoming more foreign applicants? If the locals are not interested in these roles it's time they actively recruit from abroad #frontlinegist

@K_G_Spearpoint @ShaunLintern Given we will be short of nurses by 10,000 - 20,000 & international recruitment is looking more ethically dubious (& Philippines & Malaysia may not provide the additional nhmbers) I’d say the NHS is between a rock & a hard place
