$PNT- $LLY. If LLY lets the tender expire on 12/1, PNT will go to $8.. SPLASH results due sometime in December.

$PNT- $LLY. It is a violation of LLY's judiciary duty if they keep on funding PNT and BVF's gamble. There is no upside to LLY. @JulianKlymochko @diane_alter @sprucepointcap @jfineman

$PNT- $LLY It is obvious that LLY is being used as a necessary idiot. LLY should stop extending the tender. BVF and PNT is using LLY's wallet to roll the dice for free. LLY will end up holding the bag if the results fail, and they'll have to pay up if successful.

$PNT- $LLY PNT board is abusing the spirit of the tender. They are asking the expiration date to be extended until the SPLASH results are out. If the results are good, they'll sell to a higher bid; but if they are bad, they'll shove it down on LLY's throat at $12.50.

$TWTR seems to be a decent short candidate now that you see on WSJ that the debt financing would lose banks money, then #ElonMusk can blame the market, throw his hands up, abandon the deal then TWTR goes to $35. You do the math; at $50.80, the upside is $3.40, downside is $15.80

As of now $BIIB is up about $10B with actual results on the Alzheimer news while $LLY is up about $24B for only having a similar study. I think it is a promising pair trade. Short LLY and long BIIB.
