NEU Rejects Pay Offer in Wales Following a meeting of Welsh representatives last evening, the National Education Union has rejected the pay offer made by Wales’ Minister for Education and the Welsh Language, at a meeting of trade unions held last week 🌈

Pause for thought: Test & trace cost £37b (much useless). Giving NHS workers inflation related pay rises would cost about £10b less - much of which would go back into the economy and HMG in terms of spending and taxes. Would improve services, retention, safety and morale.
