@XboxSupport Got round this by using hotspot on phone and connecting Xbox to mobile. Could then download Minecraft as this was the only game we were having problems with.
@XboxSupport Hello just found a fix for installing games I connected my Xbox to my hotspot on my iPhone and managed to reinstall Minecraft after 3 days of trying

@XboxSupport please can you help. I can now download the gold games and re install games from games I own but I can't with Minecraft. Now been trying for 3 days. Had uninstalled it to go into Beta before I realised your servers were down and now I can't reinstall the base game.
@DrewWphoto @XboxSupport I was online with an agent last night over an hour. He kept denying the problem was their end when trying to reinstall a game. Went through the motions still not working he then admitted there was an issue with the store app!!! After me getting 😡
@akaspidey @XboxSupport Hey we have this too. Done all the power cycle, removed account, unplugged Xbox and router but nothing. We'd uninstalled Minecraft due to going between base game and beta and now can't download it. It just stops installation.
