You are not just building a company. You are building a name your family will mention in 50 years. Will they say "he worked a lot" Or "he wrote the book that changed our industry"? Books outlive businesses.
If your content sounds like everyone else, you sound like no one. CEOs don't want "5 productivity hacks" They want: "How I scaled to $5M and almost lost it all — lessons" Story > Strategy.
I have watched it 50+ times: Expert with no authority = struggles to charge $2k Same expert WITH authority = charges $20k easily. The skill didn't change. The perception did. Authority is a pricing strategy.
Your business can make you rich this year. Your book will make your grandchildren proud forever. One is revenue. One is legacy. Smart founders build both.
Founders think they need more marketing. What they need is a book that does the marketing for them while they sleep. Your book is your best sales rep. It never asks for a day off.
Even in the age of AI, I'm convinced you'll be happier building a company with 1 or 2 humans next to you than one fully run by agents. Every human needs another human to share the dark nights and tough choices with.
You posted 100 tips this year. 0 clients. Your competitor posted 10 bold opinions from his journey. 10 clients. The market doesn't pay for tips. It pays for perspective.
