Couldn't get to our reserved seats on the 0948 Basingstoke to stoke. How do I get a refund? @CrossCountryUK

Hate this country. Mainly because of the trains. Basingstoke to stoke. £100. People everywhere. Tourists. So embarrassing. What must they think. Can't get to a toilet if needed. My boy decides to have his sandwich. Lower the seat tray to find a massive hair on it. @CrossCountryUK

@SW_Help And then the next connecting train that we needed to wait for decided this time to wait for the train from Waterloo. No consistency

Waterloo - Andover. The train got to Basingstoke at 1842 and no-one thought to hold the train for a couple of minutes. Poor @SW_Help

@SW_Help Lots of elderly people asking if it's the Andover train because there are no staff around. Passengers needing to assist other passengers isn't an issue but it's not good enough. Tables covered in rubbish

@SW_Help To be honest I can't be bothered to fight my way through the train to find him

@SW_Help what's wrong with the line between Clapham junction and Basingstoke? Is it the track? Or the train's suspension?

@SW_Help Exactly that. We are standing and we are being thrown around but also noticed this morning on the way up when we had a seat

@SW_Help why have you put only 3 coaches on the 10:06 Andover - Waterloo? Totally rammed. £102 for a family of 4. Would drive but daughter gets car sick. If you want a nice day out, you can almost guarantee it'll be ruined by taking a train

It's so unprofessional. imagine visiting the UK from somewhere like Japan or Belgium and getting shouted at because you're not really sure what's going on and nothing has been explained

@SW_Help here's a thought. At Salisbury, when 2 trains are being connected, instead of a member of staff shouting "BACK!" and waving her arms around, why doesn't she walk up the platform with a smile on her face explaining to (mainly tourists) why it's in their interest?

@SW_Help Announcement just now. "Attention please. The train that just went through the station was the 1306. No one told us it wasn't going to stop". Laughable

@SW_Help where's the 1306 Andover - Waterloo? No info on what time it's due. Announcement saying it's because of shortage of train crew. I think this is a lie. If you want a day out, ruin by taking a train
