@transavia ignored by Transavia customer service, weeks have passed, no follow up, no replies to emails, and of course still no refund! Very unprofessional and poor customer service. Transavia strongly not recommended. Very bad experience, Won't trust them again with my money!

@transaviaFR Tres mécontent, toujours pas de remboursement de mes avoirs pré-pandémie. Incapables de recrediter une CB (transavia fait une erreur grossiere sur la date de validité ->echec) depuis plus rien, pas de réponse aux emails, aucune nouvelle. Pas Pro, pas serieux!

@transavia Transavia has failed to refund my credit card because they made a stupid error: card validity 2099 instead of 2022, RV-1662838507. Totally unprofessional, wouldn't correct their error and refund! Was this error made on purpose to keep my funds? Disgusting behavior!
