No sir. My parents paid for my in-state college tuition costs and housing costs first year. They helped us with a small down payment on our $36,000 first house. In other words they helped me and my wife get started. I (we) were grateful for the help. My wife and I were blessed with three children, bought five houses, made two major moves, worked hard and retired early. Obviously, it was a good investment for my parents and a huge blessing to us. I am 75. My wife just passed away at 72 with Alzheimer’s. We paid our way after the the help with that first step up. That’s a pretty common happening in those days. My wife and I paid for college degrees for all three of our children, paid for all or part of 3 weddings, and helped with some school tuition for our grandchildren. We looked at that as an a good investment. All our children have worked hard, own their own house, and lead successful lives on their own. That’s the way things were done in our generation.

@sophiecunnnrl You bet ! You stand firm. You are correct in your opinion on men in women’s sports. I assume that the WNBA actually means REAL women !

@HOTMAGAX Is this a serious question? We need ID’s to get a library book 📕 National elections have rules. Mandated ID’s should be the #1 requirement to cast a vote !

@Jolie_Miller09 Is this a serious question ? Of course I support any legal way to stop illegal drugs coming across the border to kill our kids and other addicted Americans !
