Any public subsidy to Tepper for facilities development needs to have a provision to pull all money if the team doesn't win. Performance minimums should impact his subsidy. Government should be able to force a sale if necessary. Just dreaming.

Losing David Moore on the first play of the game put us in a bad place and then losing Zavala I was afraid we were done for. It is tough to rely on 3rd string guards. Still should never give up those 2 punt returns.
