When I made my first investment, it wasn’t much. When I made my first extra mortgage payment, it wasn’t much. When I spent the first hour in my business, it wasn’t much. But I kept doing it relentlessly for 5 years. And the 7-year results now are AMAZING! IT TAKES TIME!

People will buy a brand new car (liability) that loses 20% of its initial value after driving off the lot… And then be afraid to buy stocks (assets) that are on a 20% discount. This is why people stay broke.

A bank will give you 95% of the money you need to buy a rental property It’s up to you to have decent credit & save up the other 3.5-5% needed for the down payment. You use a small down payment but get to keep 100% of the profits. Because, Real Estate

If you buy a home worth $200k & after 5-6 years it’s now worth $350k? If you sold that property, you would pay 0% tax on that $150,000 capital gain Because, real estate!

The number one reason most people won't become wealthy? They want to get rich quick. They chase investments they think will make them money fast but end up just losing money and quitting. Long term is the only way to do well investing. Wealth is a marathon, not a sprint.

Diversifying means spreading the risk across a number of investments. You should aim for a balanced portfolio with companies of various sizes. You can also diversify between sectors, countries, and asset classes. I’m a big fan of DIVERSIFICATION
