@tescomobile More than 24hrs later and I am still waiting on a link to be sent to return the phone.. more calls to customer service tomorrow ffs.. the saga of the phone that never was continues.

So upset by @tescomobile and their lack of customer service!. New iPhone ordered pre Xmas, goes missing, after investigation a new one is sent out which arrives faulty.. countless hours spent trying to get a working phone and customer service tells me to take it to apple to fix?!

@tescomobile I was left no choice but to cancel as I only have 14 days, took the majority of that for a faulty phone to arrive and probably the same over again for it to be sent back and another sent out!. No mention of a refund being given for the money I paid upfront either.

@LoveIsland None of them are good couples and none will last or even would have met on the outside.. Sammy & Jess are the most likeable as people, especially Jess.. which is why they won imo

For those who didn't see Piers Morgan walking off. Here's the clip leading to it and him spitting his dummy out #piersmorgan #piersmorganIsABully #goodmorningbritain #GMB

@SkyHelpTeam @goscotefox Be hard to exceed anything.. when it’s basically a daily hit or miss if you’d customers are actually going to be able to use their broadband!. 3rd time in 2 months since switching to Sky that I am left with no service. Not a happy customer.

Joined @sky broadband on 9/11/20 and so far have had nothing but issues. Can anyone advise if I am still within my rights to cancel early and pay someone else who actually provides me with the service I’m paying for? @skyHelpTeam #skybroadband #skyhelp #skydown

@KirstyyFunnell @sky @skyHelpTeam Lol! Have been with BT for years and never had an issue.. went with sky because I liked having 1 bill.. but I also like actually having broadband, which sky doesn’t seem capable of supplying me! This is the 2nd time it’s been down since I joined!

@RajaSuhaib @clarrky @SkyHelpTeam Broadband activated 9/11/20 think I’m out of the cooling off period, should have left when my broadband went down 3 days in 🙄
