The outage is NOT over as of 4pm Tues. ATT has no SLA (Svc Level Agreement) for residential customers, so you have no recourse other than call CustomerCare, likely receiving a one-time courtesy credit. There is a near-zero chance of an auto-apply to your bill. #attoutage @Uverse

Service still out for many customers, including the Park Cities, Richardson, East Dallas. Those that have some service are dealing with degraded speeds and video dropouts. No ETA for resolution, only "soon", perhaps several hours. #att #attoutage @ATT @ATTcares @Uverse

ATT has no truly redundant failover for the Richardson POP. It could be weeks before IP services are returned to normal speeds. As of 3.50p Tuesday, there are many customers with NO service.
