In startups, patience is not a virtue. CLOCK SPEED is key; great execs go back and forth many times a day, and iterate multiple times a week on what takes a corporation months. Greats are distinguished by how fast they reply, or learn and iterate - especially on little things.

Woke up and chose to stop tolerating legal nonsense slowing things down. Firing any outside lawyer who doesn’t reply fast, or delays anything >24 hr; if not my lawyer, CC the friend that their lawyer needs to go faster, or else be replaced! Had enough; also building legal AI.
