.@cibc how in 2024 can you not get a credit card to me faster? I pay 600$ in annual fees for my card. There was fraud. Now my card is cancelled AND I'm made to wait a week for a replacement? You can't give me a digital one immediately? This is beyond ridiculous.

Call @Rogers @RogersHelps. 2+ hour hold time. In between hold music, they suggest you use Anna, their bot. Bot can't help, sends me to human. Human can't help, sends me back to call centre with a 2+ hour wait. Hey @Bell, what's your hold times like these days?
