Here's how to eliminate your to-do list and 5x productivity: I used to use a daily to-do list (like everyone else). I had a daily checklist template that I would follow every single day for over two years. And that worked okay. But I discovered something much better. I replaced the daily checklist with a Time Blocking system. When I used a to-do list, I would often try to overachieve and be left feeling disappointed. But Time Blocking has increased my productivity, clarity, and fulfillment. Here's how it works. First, what is Time Blocking? It's a time management system that segments your day into blocks of time. Each block is dedicated to a particular activity or task. Now, my “to-do list” IS my calendar. So, why is Time Blocking better? With a daily to-do list, your only choice is to guess what can get done in a day. You’re not factoring in the amount of time it will take or the amount of time you’re allocating. Time Blocking allows you to better visualize: - What you’re working on - When you’re working on it - How long you’re going to work on it The additional clarity provides peace of mind and a sense of control, leaving you much more likely to end the day feeling fulfilled because you set realistic expectations. It's not perfect. But the chances of setting goals and actually achieving them are significantly greater when you Time Block. This practice also simplifies your system. With Time Blocking, you can eliminate your daily to-do list. Mark your activities green when complete, and you'll be good to go. Go ahead and try it: - Clarify what has to get done - Create Time Blocks for each task - Color them green as they get completed --- If you are ready to: 1. Systemize your business 2. Remove yourself from operations 3. Spend your days exactly how you'd like Then send me a DM.

@imThomasMorales I've found it completely necessary to block time off for things, especially for creating content.
@imThomasMorales Interesting approach, am kinda doing a combination of both already I guess. Will give this a go
@imThomasMorales @LegacyBuilder__ Elon musk in all his craziness, has been noted to use time blocking as his one and ONLY productivity hack. If it's true, you need to start.
@imThomasMorales Couldn't agree more. I still do both but things that are blocked in the calendar have a 2x higher priority than any task in the todos
