TIL that you can announce routes on IX route servers with communities set to further propagate routes only to specific ASs... this is quite dangerous since it opens the door to BGP hijacks that target traffic from specific ASs. I also hear that email spammers love this feature.

Is two factor auth transitive? i.e. I store a TOTP seed for a website in a password manager that is secured by 2FA with the seed on my phone. Is that just as secure as storing the the TOTP seed for the website directly on my phone?
