Is it possible to outdo the Tories when it comes to telling lies?Mandelson and Adonis tried their best, bizarrely blaming Corbyn for the Hartlepool result. Well done Channel 4 for reporting their polling results showing the reasons that real people gave for not voting Labour.

@ProfTimLang Yes, very good, but we need proper food like eggs, steak, beef, butter etc not some hydrolysed plant protein flavoured with chemicals.

Glad to note that after midnight, UK Govt announced food workers are to be categorised as key workers. This is good. Next task? We urgently need a national scheme of rationing based on nutritional guidance not ad hoc led by retailers. Not their fault. It is Govt’s job.

We’re out of the EU. On Monday I’ll preside over the lowering of the EU flag at the Civic Centre, Twickenham. I’ll then replace it with the Flag of The Council of Europe which we co-founded in 1949. The new flag looks like this Monday 12.30pm. Do come!

Not everyone will get a holiday this year . Any families who are struggling in West Yorkshire and fancy a day trip to Bridlington In early June please let me know we will provide the coach , packed lunch and refreshments each way . We might get a few kids to the coast for a day.

Fenn, my nearly 4 year old daughter, recorded her first ever solo song today. She came up with all the words herself and I helped her a little bit with the tune. It’s called ‘Dinosaurs in Love’. 🦕❤️🦕

@GeorgeMonbiot I really appreciate your efforts. 1 of the big issues at hand is how livestock is raised. Permaculture principles employ livestock to regenerate land, so that pasture captures carbon & manure becomes feedstock for energy/fertilizer. It is INDUSTRIAL farmed meat/poultry that's bad
