i haven't been able work out regularly in like a month and it's driving me insane dude i feel so fat cjfnfndn
anyway i've been a fucking ice cream fiend lately i'm literally rucking to go get a cone rn. usually my ruck burns 5-600 on a good day (short one 2-350) so i don't even feel guilty and can still have like 3 small 3-400 kcal things...
boyfriend issues placated, haven't been doing real workouts but rucking a lot. i think i've been eating a bit less? but i'm not being the most strict w tracking rn. hard cuz my moms a dieter n talking ab her stuff all the time...
i've never gotten triggered by irl ppl as much as i have been recently... why all the skinnies out rn...
i don't think my crying fits, pacing, and anxiety burned this much but it feels kinda nice to look at at least. i did do a 3 mile ruck as well
