@venusgvenera I'm BMI 40 and I can go days without eating and people literally praise it. Literally the only good thing about being fat.

I'm working out daily, eating 800 clean kcal per day, and my fucking weight loss is stalling. I only lost a kg this week. I'm so fucking upset. #edtwt #weightlosstips

So depressed and anxious today that the idea of the gym makes me want to throw up. Decided I'm not going to eat until after I next go to the gym. I will not let my brain keep me trapped in a fat body. No workout no food is the new rule.

Omad or spread the cals out...? At the moment I go for 200-300kcal per meal and keep it at 800 max including protein shake... Should I be having it all at once? I feel like all the thinspo ricecake people I admire are all tweeting about omad... #edtwt #edtwtdiet

Can someone talk to me about vegan protein shakes? Mine is 100kcal per serving but I've honestly licked buttholes that taste nicer. Surely there's one that's ok? Will they actually help me working out and lose the weight rather than ⭐ving #weightloss #FitnessMotivation

New year means a lot this year. I only got out of the "fat is good" mindset in November. My BMI was 46.6. By next new year it will be 26. I will be 50kg lighter. I'm already 10kg down, 40 to go. I can do this. 2023 will be my year. #weightlossjourney #NewYearsResolution

Managed to keep losing over Christmas. I truly am never going back to eating like I did. This is such a big moment for me. I feel like a switch flipped. Finally back in the gym after their closure period and watching my 600lb life to keep me going all evening. #weightlossjourney

Dietician wants me on 1200kcal but I physically don't think I can do that. The mindset shift is real. The idea of putting that much food in my mouth makes me 🤮 I'm way too fat to deserve food. #edtwt #weightloss
