weekend is over and every muscle in my body aches so bad and my throat hurts so much... I will definitely fast for a few days and hibernate I'm so exhausted I need water and sleep only for a while.
I'm so irritated and happy at the same time. happy because I just weighed in and I lost nearly 2 kg. irritated because how do I lose nearly 2 kg a week eating 1200 calories, but barely lose 1 kg a week doing less? I guess I'll stick to 1200 if it makes me lose faster smfh.
she's been obsessed with this... played with it all night and now first thing in the morning (the aggressive slamming though help).
my brunchー it's a beast, 540 calories (worth it) it took me over an hour to finish it though, mostly because I was playing video games.
