2022 brought me the best gift - becoming a parent, and a mother. Going through pregnancy, labour, birth, and the trials of breastfeeding will make me a better doctor in 2023. For now, I am soaking up the last bits of study-free maternity leave before Royal College prep begins 😊

Cauliflower, don't just boil it! Roast whole/broken. Olive oil, season, try a spice or 2! A great main or side. I added mine to chickpeas, onions, garlic, ginger, Garam masala, coconut milk to make lovely little curry. So versatile, so tasty @VegPowerUK @LoveBritishFood 💙🍳👨‍🍳💜
