Apparently this is super controversial. It is pretty clear the future of the internet will be built on the blockchain. But that does not necessarily mean crypto or NFTs. Hopefully it will just become another invisible layer of protection and accountability. 🤞

In Gerrymandered districts or very conservative states Dems stand little if any chance of winning. Their best course of action would be to back a reasonable conservative independent. Someone that does not believe the big lie.

We are purpose-seeking machines. To think unconditional basic income would lead to people doing nothing but surviving is just ridiculous. No one wants to just survive. In fact a great deal of depression comes from feeling like all we're doing is surviving. UBI enables thriving.

Randomly ran into the owner of Louisiana's newspapers today. We were eating at the same counter. I mentioned universal basic income in response to what I do and was surprised to learn he hadn't heard of it. Just goes to show that part of UBI advocacy remains conceptual awareness.
