@MyBobs ended up losing a customer due to poor delivery service. Ended up cancelling my entire order and processing a full refund and shopping at another store for a way better experience and no one at bobs seemed to care.

I never tweet. It’s been forever and @mybobs pushed me over the edge. Worse service with no help

My entire delivery service with @MyBobs has been everything but white glove and I still didn’t receive my items. Absolute nightmare with no help.

Still having my worst experience of all time with @FinishLine. It’s been over a month now. Haven’t received my refund. Ton of excuses and I @ them all the time with no response.

During this pandemic companies should be trying their best to work with customers. @FinishLine did the exact opposite. I will never shop there again

@FinishLine because you made me wait to receive a new pair of sneakers until you got a return now you have sent me an email saying you cannot fulfill my order because the sneakers are sold out. This has been a disgusting experience.

@adidas @FinishLine I just want to wear my sneakers and just want a fast way to get a new pair. Nothing out of this world. It’s unfortunate they even came this way

@adidas I am extremely frustrated. I purchased the NMD R1 from @FinishLine and noticed the sneaker is clearly defective. The answer I got from finish line was return to store or mail back to return although I let them know no stores have them. Truly unacceptable. Still need help

@ask_Arlo when my security lights get triggered they still get triggered under my bridge name and not my light name. Please advise.

@ArloSmartHome can anyone tell me why my Arlo light notifications are not coming up as the individual light but as the bridge name.

I just thought about this. In Brooklyn a large mass of white people moved into black neighborhoods causing gentrification. Imagine if a large group of black people tried to move into a white neighborhood.

Racial Injustice is like a pull up. If you’re UNDER it, not knowing what’s going on, ignoring it and formulating opinions without being educated. You can’t LEVEL with it and see the injustices for what they truly are because if you did then you’d be OVER it. #BLM

This will probably be the last time @vrbo & @homeaway see any money from me.

Not only did I receive just horrendous customer service from them every single time I called. They sent me a survey asking how they did. I gave them all zeros and nothing came if it. And I’m still dealing with them.

Nows the time for these companies to take this unfortunate situation and shine especially in our hospitality industry and I just don’t see that happening. @vrbo & @homeaway has been a major disappointment.

Customer service is important to me. I have been in the service industry and now manage support for a Fortune 500 company globally. I have higher expectations from any organization I come in contact with especially during these trying times.
