Plastics are choking our ocean, harming our communities, and threatening our health. @State_E @johnpodesta @BrendaMallory46, we need the U.S. to support ambitious measures at #INC5 for a strong Global Plastics Treaty. Let’s protect our future. only.one/act/plasticstr… @onlyone

@ryanair @ryanair v stressful check in for flight FR6551. Checked in 1 case of 20kg. Booked 2 x 10kg and pooled - fine on outward flight. Today told can't pool & must pay more or check 2nd bag. Ended up having to check handbag. My car keys, cards and money are all in bag!!

@OctopusEnergy how long should I have to wait for a refund of my account credit? Requested 15 June, been told 3 times it'll be in 10 working days, still nothing! You have nearly £500 of my money and I'd like it back.

Appalled at @nationalexpress after a dreadful Wakefield to Colchester journey last week. My elderly parents were stranded for hours at Stansted. No replacement bus. Initially no agreement to get taxis. Eventually left with a walk across town at 10.30pm. Disgraceful.

@Central146 @MartinSLewis @itvMLshow I have at least 3 private pensions, all public. I'm 53. Was told not to consolidate when I got financial advice.

@MsVictoria2 @MrMikeHiggins @NickTFord @MartinSLewis @itvMLshow @MsVictoria2 it's true you can take private pension at 55, but if the normal age it pays out is state pension age (which a lot do), taking it at 55 will reduce the amount I believe?

@antonioguterres We need you to stop #DeepSeaMining NOW. If the mining process goes ahead before we understand the consequences, we risk irreparable harm to our planet, climate, and all who depend on ocean health. #DefendtheDeep only.one/act/mining

@tescomobile Thanks Emily but there's just no point. My confidence in Tesco and my patience have run out.

@tescomobile have taken their appalling customer service to new heights today. After no phone service since end of Aug, I finally got a letter offering resolution and asking me to call. I call and after lots of qus was told they can't resolve it over the phone. Never use them.

@tescomobile continues to be one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. Having failed to provide me with phone service for almost 2 months, they now tell me I have to pay £184 to leave my contract and go elsewhere. Furious is an understatement.

@clairefweir at the end of my tether with @tescomobile, who failed to transfer my number to new SIM. New number doesn't work, so no phone now for over a week. Beyond stressed as I need it for work and family. Repeatedly told to 'wait 24 hours'.
