We double-fry our fries in beef tallow. No seed oils, from suppliers to restaurants. We have perfected the fry. ✅ Wisconsin Grade A butter only. No “buttery blend.” ✅ Cane sugar Coca-Cola. ✅ a2 milk and a2 chocolate milk (starting December 1). ✅ HFCS-free ketchup (coming soon). ✅ Steak n Shake aims to lead the way. It’s a journey to improve ingredients in the supply chain — and a generational opportunity for us to improve quality and put Steak n Shake on a new trajectory. 🚀 Proud to be part of the MAHA movement. 🇺🇸

This is before/after footage from Hurricane Helene. It cannot be overstated how resilient, kind, hard-working, and selfless the people of Appalachia have been to each other over the past year. We are Appalachian Strong ❤️

A powerful moment of Humanity! After Detroit Lions player Maurice Norris suffered a brutal neck injury and was taken to the hospital from the field. Both Detroit Lions and Atlanta Falcons agreed to snap the ball and let the clock run on out on the game with over 12 minutes left in the 4Q. The game is officially suspended after the play went on for 6 minutes. Class act by Dan Campbell and Raheem Morris. Never seen anything like this before... Sometimes life is bigger than football. 🙏

I’ll be introducing lunatic farmer Joel Salatin tonight at an event in Washington DC. He’s been MAHA for half a century. His Polyface Farm in Swoope Virginia is a model for regenerative farming.

Farmer Joel Salatin on bird flu immunity: "The thing that gets me about avian influenza is the response to it. In any flock that gets avian influenza, there are always survivors—many times, more survivors than not. Now, you would think that if the people in charge were actually thinking, they would say, "Huh, we’ve got a flock here of chickens. Some got it, some didn’t. Why don’t we save the ones that didn’t? We’ll take their genetics, breed them, and maybe we’ll actually breed in more robust immune systems. Wow, fancy that! Wouldn’t that be cool?" "No. If you have 10,000 birds in a flock and one bird’s got avian influenza, immediately, by government decree, all of them must be exterminated." All of them—survivors, non-survivors—everything. Back many years ago, when a pathogenic influenza hit Indochina—remember when it came through Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, and all that?—the UK did some experiments. They found that if a chicken eats two fresh blades of grass a day—two blades of fresh grass a day—she doesn’t get avian influenza."
