That was easily the WORST workout I've ever had. 26 minutes till failure…just weak and pathetic. upside, it was my first workout post vacation...I did not gain fat on vacation (managed to eat on plan the whole time), and… most importantly… I fucking went and did it.

Just got back from the drop off. Regardless of what happens above the water…the ocean is quiet and serene. If you’ve never tried it…dive. It settles the mind and soul. This was only 30 feet. Went to 62’ on Tuesday. Also saw my first whale shark. Stunning creature.
