Hello @coderabbitai friends! Is there a way, to enable "Auto Assign Reviewers" that only fires on non draft PRs? Example: 1. Opens Draft PR. 2. `CodeRabbit review` 3. The end. Currently Step 3. Tags engineers to review, which is annoying because it's not ready.

I didn’t come on an H1B but without my entry to the US as an immigrant. Unkey wouldn’t have happened 3 US citizens have jobs because of it. The changes to H1B are going to cause a new wave of problems in innovation for US companies. i’m sure just like tariffs it will be fine.
