Took on Valencia Marathon this weekend and came in at 3:11! Was chasing the sub 3 at the start off the block but a knee injury meant I could only do 2 sessions per week topping out at ~26/week. A 17 min PB from Paris in April with the poor prep ain’t bad. Onto the next one! @

39:33 10k ✅ I was running 9 min miles with a similar HR at the start of this year… Consistent effort over time gets results. It’s the same in business… The same in investing… All have ups and down but the gains made in a year can be huge when you ride the momentum!

Get up at 5 AM. Cold Shower. Meditate 1 hour. Journal for 30 minutes. This stuff doesn't actually matter. If it helps you do the work, great. But don't fall into the trap of thinking you need a 2 hour routine to be an Entrepreneur. Just do the work.

Literally no different than Brunson, Tai, Sam in the years past. Nothing will change. The landscape is the exact same as it was 7 years ago. Slightly different offers but ultimately.... 99% of people won't take any action.
