No one answers the phones at the stores or at the 800#. Then when someone does we get transferred back to the store level where no one helps us. Never shopping with @Lowes again.
Have had the WORST experience with lowes. After selling us a fridge they can’t locate at any store. Then trying to deliver a fridge with scratches and dents all over it. Now I have to try to tell my 5yo why we don’t have a fridge at our new home. btw no refund either. @Lowes
