Let me tell everyone about my @Dell experience. Where do I begin. A R10, worked fine until I shut it down and went out of town for a few days. A $4k PC and they just keep throwing parts at the problem!

0 for 2 in the need to fly @SouthwestAir. No air conditioning on the plane and was stuck on the ground for an hour with a ground stop. Ac didn’t work in the air either. Can’t wait to go back to @Delta on the way home. Never again!

@Delta In the air currently and trying to get some help about my flight being delayed out of ATL to SLC. There is another option but I need someone to actually respond to either my post or DM before I land. I have been trying to reach someone for over an hour!
