I used to think logging food all day was tedious as hell, but I realized something. I was doing it BACKWARDS. Log tomorrow's food tonight. Then eat what you logged. (10 minutes, and the daily food negotiations are done)
I have fomo for tmr already
@runnersworld Running fast at 50 and older is inspiring. I'd love to hear more about their tips.

10 Quick Ways to Fire up Your Sex Drive menshealth.com/uk/health/a744…
Why are you fat?
A standard refeed and a cheat meal back to back vs waking up depleted. The refeed day came early. It started with me looking flat, but that's only where we want to start looking. From there we want to confirm everything else that matters. How many low days have stacked up recently. How fast is the scale moving on a daily basis. How well am I hydrated, and did anything change with compounds. How much activity am I putting in. All of these things together give us a picture of whether the food is actually needed. That's a reason you shouldn't blindly follow someone else's protocol, things can change based on what we see. The point of the refeed is to refill glycogen, push leptin back up after low carb and calorie days, and give me the fuel to actually train hard and have energy for home and work life. The refeed was clean. High carbs, low fat, moderate protein. Next morning I was still flat, and the weight had come down enough that it was obvious things were moving too fast. So that night we added a cheat meal on top of my standard calories for the day. A juicy ribeye and fries. The refeed is a planned carb load that hits a certain number. A cheat meal is food that I enjoy, and the extra calories from the fat and sodium pull water and fullness into the muscle. Here's what I noticed right after these two days. I didn't feel so hungry. I had more energy, which enhanced my mood. The next few workouts were explosive, pumps started to hurt again. I didn't look so sunken in the face anymore either. It was a nice mental break from the deficit. I used Reta the first 3 weeks and dropped it. Been raw dogging the hardest part of the cut since, just fat burners, which make me even hungrier. It's a mental challenge but I've been able to handle it. The scale jumped 5.5 lbs over 2 days from water and glycogen. I haven't had a bad training day this whole deficit, that's the point of running refeed days and also prioritizing carbs before and after training. Being filled out lets us see if we're finished. We want to cut a little more fat off the lower abs. This week should be my final days of the cut.

How do you keep yourself on track with your goals when progress feels slow?
Happy Tuesday ‼️ One workout won’t transform your body. One healthy meal won’t change your health. One focused hour won’t build your dreams. But hundreds of them will. All you gotta do is stay CONSISTENT💯 #consistency #bodybuilding #viral #explorepage✨ #gymmotivation
Lifting heavy can be just as mental as it is physical. Push past the comfort zone, that's where growth happens
@desoldham forest might have their issues, but spurs seem to be auditioning for relegation at this point.
When you’ve spent the whole day putting up with BS, your capacity to do things you don’t feel like doing plummets. Whenever you have willpower, spend it making things EXTREMELY convenient. Build systems and design environments where the laziest version of you still wins.
