@WSJ ok.. I guess it was just a fluke with a few puzzles or you brought it back. Sorry and thanks.

@WSJ Ok.. where did the check and reveal options go on your online crossword puzzles? I've been doing them for years and recently they just disappeared. Why!??

When did your company become SO TERRIBLE and not user friendly. This is INSANE! I can't believe the level of run around I'm getting. This move to full automation is awful. I will choose any other option for my shipping needs from here on out.

@UPS I've never dealt with a more frustrating situation or company. Your delivery driver didn't give me proper notices, your virtual assistant wasn't able to address the situation, I called the number provided online and there is NO human to get answers from.

@MyStraightTalk Constantly using the line that the issue was "system generated" is an irritating cop-out by your staff. And if you didn't give your team the ability to "fix" the errors, I bet you're losing a lot more customers than just me.

@MyStraightTalk I had my account for over 2 years. Your reps should be able to access my account at some prior point and confirm what lines were on the account and restore them to my acct or assist me in getting a new acct created (since now we can't have more than 5 #'s on an account.)

@MyStraightTalk I can't believe that you guys are still in business given the horrible protocols you have in place. 2 weeks ago, I had 6 active lines. Monday, 4 of those lines were missing from my account.

I had been a customer for over 2 years with multiple lines. You have lost my business. And I will be advocating against your company going forward and reporting you to the better business bureau.

The limitations you have in place and the unwillingness to help your customers with issues that arose from your own "system" generated issues is insane. Hours of wasted time with still no solution. Lies and false statements from your staff.

Just got a gross burnt crispy chicken sandwich from the McDonald's in Clinton, IL. Also nothing on it but 2 pickles. How could they give this to a customer? This is exactly why I don't go to McDonald's anymore.@McDonalds

@QueerEye watching episodes of your Netflix series is everything I need right now. (Middle of S3 right now.) It's been so cathartic to have some moments of feeling good about people and humanity right now. Thank you guys for the good feels!!

@annotatedfm I know I'm a bit behind the times here, but I just discovered your podcast and I'm loving it. I've started from the beginning so I'm over a year behind right now, but thank you for this nerdy, fun, interesting, and easy to digest podcast.
