I've shipped more PRs in 6 months than the last 6 years, thanks to Cursor. I'd never “yolo-ship” high ambiguity, large scale changes without pairing, but for simple frontend tweaks it’s a game-changer. Higher quality, and faster velocity. Frees up eng for harder problems.

I've found, Anglo-Canadians can equate "directness" with rudeness. It can be done thoughtfully - the entire basis of diplomacy and democracy is to create space for productive, civil disagreements. Like any skill, it takes practice to do well, and requires mutual trust.
