Most out of shape guys could look “in shape” in 12-24 weeks. 1) Eating two protein meals a day 2) Skipping snacks 3) Lifting 3x a week. That’s 336 meals and 72 workouts. That’s how far away you are from that goal you’ve been putting off every year for a decade. 100% Doable.
