@GregFinberg Seems to make sense for both sides to push a potential extension to next year

@lockedonwizards All non-playoff teams have the same odds for every pick. Simplifies the process too - only requires 14 ping pong balls, no number combinations

@lockedonwizards It’s 8 firsts, 13 future seconds according to Bobby Marks

@lockedonwizards But we don’t, right? I saw a graphic showing that but it doesn’t make sense. We have a bunch of pick swaps, but that’s still just one pick those years

@pablofindsout Love the work you’ve done on the Clippers/Aspiration story. One angle I’m curious about: how normal is it for an NBA owner to invest (heavily) in a naming-rights/sponsorship company that’s meant to pay the team? I can’t envision many scenarios where that’s happened in pro sports

@JoshuaBRobbins What’s the most likely outcome for Kuz? Do the Wiz plan to gauge the trade market for him at each logical trade opportunity until they are satisfied with the possible return? What is the expected return for a Kuz trade?

@JoshuaBRobbins @TheAthleticNBA Which would you prefer in terms of team building: Making the playoffs as a play-in team and having the FRP convey to the Knicks, allowing the Wiz to use future FRPs to improve the roster? Or missing the playoffs, keeping our FRP in a deep draft and drafting a solid rookie?

@JoshuaBRobbins @TheAthletic Recently Will Barton has had consecutive DNP-CD. Do you anticipate that to continue now that the roster is largely healthy? Do you envision a scenario where he starts playing closer to the trade deadline in attempts to prop up his value like we saw with Thomas Bryant last year?

@mcuban With no fans in the stands, was there ever any consideration given to the idea of a Pay Per View VR concept for watching NBA games from courtside locations? Would imagine difficulties streaming that amount of data, but hoping we aren’t far off from this type of concept!
