I haven't posted any food pics lately, but here's tonight's low carb meal: Pork piccata"ish with sauteed baby portobello mushrooms. I thought I had capers for the pork, but I didn't. I subbed green olives and it was awesome. I do love olives, though.

Today's low carb meal: Shredded cabbage and carrots with ground beef, bacon, onions, fresh tomatoes, garlic, onion powder, a smidge of soy sauce and a smidge of Worcestershire sauce, Valentina hot sauce, some Slap Ya Mama Seasoning, Tajin seasoning, and a bit of tomato paste.

So, after several days of low carb, I indulged today. Pan pizza with homemade crust, homemade sauce, Italian sausage, banana peppers, pepperoni, and mozzarella. Quite delicious!!
