@DanaONeilWriter That doesn’t avoid the charge though. That will get you to Secaucus, but the $150 is to go from there to MetLife on the train. Uber will be a ripoff, but you can get 4-6 people in an Uber. Getting out of there (train, bus, or Uber) will be a mess, but bus is best for that.

@LizAnnSonders Not trying to be a ‘this time is different’ person, but my question is should this rule be adjusted due to the changing composition of the SP500? If they keep replacing 12x pe companies in the index with 22x pe tech companies, does that change the math on this rule?

@WUTangKids You should follow @jayparsons . Just building new housing (in an amount exceeding population/household growth) will lower the cost of housing in the area, leading to more affordable housing.
