On my Delta flight this morning, I got seated in the last row, middle seat, next to a passenger of size, and the lady in the row in front of me reclined her seat. I guess next time, I’ll spring the extra $ for the Comfort + upgrade.

Woke up very early morning wondering my head was pounding and my throat hurt, but somehow managed to fall back to sleep. Woke up again thinking it smelled like a campfire inside, the forest fire smoke is awful this morning. :( #yyc

I heard the song “Running on Empty” by Jackson Browne on two occasions during the New Jersey Marathon. Sure, it has the word Running in it, but not an inspirational song at Mile 22 of a marathon.
