we saw a massive drop-off in onboarding completion after attaching a tutorial before revealing the app today, we’re rebuilding the flow by making tutorials flexible and optional, so users can explore first and learn on their own terms

Teachers using @IRLPLAYground just use it. B2B buyers seem to ignore the problems faced by who they supply. Attitutudes seem reinforced by conversation with the manufacturers and suppliers. We are facing resistance to change. Need to find suppliers who understand the problem.
