jumped on a call with a teacher earlier this week who was relieved and surprised to see that we weren't a massive corporation. its a great reminder that as a startup, be explicit about your story and make it clear people can just reach out and talk to you.

we saw a massive drop-off in onboarding completion after attaching a tutorial before revealing the app today, we’re rebuilding the flow by making tutorials flexible and optional, so users can explore first and learn on their own terms

Hit by a truckload of mishaps today all in one go, from accounting to onboarding UX problems, to DNS misconfigurations, to our personal work environments. Tough but its a healthy reminder that you can never take your eye off the ball.
