The Nevada Board of Pharmacy (BOP) has started the process to place kratom on its Schedule I list. Nevada lawmakers already passed the Kratom Consumer Protection Act and there is no reason for this new action. Kratom saves lives. The FDA is wrong and the BOP needs to know that.

As a reminder, all of these reports are coming as the federal government is expected to decide in the coming weeks whether to proceed with a kratom ban. It seems likely that their decision will be based in part on their repeated claims that kratom can be lethal.
