Hey @SUBWAY who’s bright idea was it to put a “make your own” screen for the drive thru in MN?! I just loved getting snow in my eyes while trying to figure out that stupid menu which didn’t even have all the available options! Wtf happened to a regular drive thru speaker?! 🤦🏻‍♀️

@KellyMWagnerRN @TraumaSoapBoxes Yes! I’m in home health as an RN case manager and unfortunately, have to use care plans every day whether it be writing one or documenting on interventions. When I worked in STR/LTC, there was none of that!

@nursekelsey Home Health RN- how it’s “okay” for vulnerable people to live in completely deplorable conditions as it’s their right to make such decisions. I’m talking dog shit and piss everywhere you step, moldy food everywhere, insect infestation, plywood covering holes in outside walls ☠️

@olanzamac @DrGRuralMD THIS! WHY are the elderly on so many damn supplements that are doing them no good? AREDS 2 on a 90year old? Why? Donepezil on an advanced dementia patient?! WHY?!
