I like this imagery. I usually say arguments are less like lockpicking a safe, and more like waves crashing on a cliffside, reshaping it slowly via erosion and occasionally crumbling a feature or two. Understand this and you'll be less frustrated when you "don't make headway."

Guy got on the radio today, excitedly said he was in a foot pursuit of a felony warrant suspect and gave the crooks birthdate..🤔 I've never heard anybody give a crooks birthdate while he was still running after them. 🤣😂

Student officer I am tutoring had homophobic abuse shouted at him earlier during an arrest. Force was needed to detain the male, and after taking him to the floor, by himself, my student said to him "Are you okay down there babe?" And its the funniest things I've ever heard.👮‍♂️🏳️‍🌈

A guy once told me he couldn’t work in dispatch because he “wouldn’t get enough recognition”. I think about that a lot. Maybe that attitude is why he never got hired as an officer. 🤔

Can we do a confessional? During the insurrection/riot/seige, I was apprehensive about the narrative taking hold that the police officers just kinda welcomed these shitbags into the Capitol. It seemed to reflect some of what I saw, but also not all of what I saw.

My Twitter account got flagged because I keep tweeting at @tedcruz and @HawleyMO to eat my ass and suck my dick. I know it's not professional of me to do that, but they incited an insurrection that lead to a cop being murdered and that's way less professional than profanity.

Some may call me a risk taker because I sometimes use the restroom while being the only available officer or sneak in a quick nap at the PD with my sergeant in the next room, but no, sir, I will not shake your meth scab covered hand after watching you dig through a dumpster.
