Are the #TicketOfficeClosures starting already @tfwrail - one at #SevernTunnelJunction doesn’t seem to be open regularly anymore and toilet facilities never open 😞

Third week night on the trot that @GWRHelp commuter trains delayed or cancelled from #BristolTempleMeads... and that's before the #RailStrikes disruption kicks in. Yet another evening spoilt 😡

Absolute joke of rail system we have .... stranded again by delayed and cancelled trains. Exactly the same situation as 2 weeks ago when it cost me £45 to get taxi home which @GWRHelp refused to reimburse and I'm still waiting for reply on from @CrossCountryUK . Happy Thursday 🤬

Delayed @GWRHelp train 17.57 from Bristol TM means missed my connection to Lydney @tfwrail and then the next service has been cancelled @CrossCountryUK . It's cost me £45 for a taxi home this evening how do I claim this back please?

Great planning @GWRHelp the day mask wearing restrictions and work from home rules are eased you reduce a commuter train from the usual 5 carriages to just 2 👏🏼 #sardines #nosocialdistancing

#Lydney is the forgotten station of your network @tfwrail ... no ticket machines or signage working again, filthy dirty waiting rooms and everything overgrown. Such a bad first impression for people arriving in the #ForestofDean 😞
