@Airbnb #Airbnb Needs to work on their fraudulent location that hosts are posting. Given a false lockbox key location, and I’m currently being charged for the stay. I didn’t have a place to stay because the room for rent didn’t exist! I was on the phone for 3 hours,no refund!

#Airbnb 3 hours with “customer” service and they aren’t refunding my money. I had to pull my luggage to a Hyatt at 10pm because I had no place to stay. Expect a small claims court and fraud case against you soon. Learn to fix your platform before you expand. $515 lost
