@SamaHoole The CLA gets destroyed when you feed cattle grain. There are other negative health effects to grain fed beef, but this should be a significant one to somebody who is into fitness, considering it reduces body fat and increases muscle mass.

@harryfisherEMTP I'm friends with a pharmacist who did similar. Patients always looked away from the shot, so s/he could get away with it. Then had a downs syndrome patient who wouldn't look away. The next day s/he quit & began to educate everybody.
