A3: Knowing the objectives and end tasks is important in keeping up with pacing. If you are constantly striving to meet the objectives it is a lot easier to not get off task. Also, having strong routines and procedures is key to making sure you can get through content. #TXed
#TXed A2: knowing and creating relationships with students is important. I also use active observation strategies and pre plan exit tickets. If students are not understanding the content then I bring them back for a reteach if necessary.

A1: The first thing I do when planning a lesson or PD is determine what the goals and/outcomes will be. Next, I plan what the learners will do with content - this determines teacher actions, resources needed, pacing, and so much more! #txed
