I emailed somebody this week and asked them to "send a list of names in an excel spreadsheet". I thought that was fairly clear. Apparently not, they've just emailed them as a list in the email.

Yknow how there is a "forget saved shit" button in web explorers which I can click to make it forget my debit card details? Is there one for my brain too? Because being able to remember my card details is getting expensive.
