Important conversation. I believe we must be thoughtful, reflective, courageous to critique, call out injustice. Racism, bigotry, prejudice, whoever it’s target, is WRONG and must not be tolerated. Let’s be grateful for the good, fight to root out the bad.

It is a missed opportunity on Canada’s part I believe, when it could easily have been a win-win policy solution to utilise relevant human (and skill-based) resources we already have in the country. Political will and a management strategy is all that’s needed!
